How it works
William + Bailey is your home’s virtual, personal style consultant.
I’ll curate and source an entire look for you to conveniently shop and execute using my vast library of sources (many are trade exclusives you can’t find through retail stores). You’ll receive a complete plan to confidently implement (if you’re not a DIYer, you can hire contractors to measure and install expertly). We’ll have some fun conversations, but most services will be delivered seamlessly online.

Meet + Discover
After I receive your meeting request, you’ll receive a detailed email confirmation with a link to a simple questionnaire. We’ll spend up to 30 minutes on Zoom getting to know each other, discussing your hopes and dreams, and giving me a first peek at your space. Listening to you is the first step. It’s also the time to ask me questions and learn what you can expect from me. We’ll chat about package options that best match your project scope and see if we’re a good fit.

Design + Style
Next, I’ll create the vision and plan to fit your space’s functional needs and aesthetic ideas. You’ll receive the initial style recommendation in 2-4 weeks*, then I’ll ask for your feedback.

Lastly, after receiving your feedback, I’ll make revisions** and compile your comprehensive package for you to run with.

Your design will come to life right before your eyes—and literally in your hands—to boost your confidence before you purchase any items or begin implementing!

We’ll schedule your final Zoom meeting to walk through the details, tweak final samples if needed, then toast your final plan.
Virtual style consulting does not include ordering or installing merchandise or materials. If more help is needed when your items arrive, additional consultation and sourcing can be added at $150/hour.

About me
Hey there! I’m Bridget. I inspire creative confidence and find solutions for busy professionals who feel overwhelmed by designing their homes. Once upon a time, I was a global communication executive who flexed my creative muscles and (damn good) intuition to solve tough business challenges.
Every minute that I didn’t spend on long commutes, international travel, and raising two kids, I spent decorating or renovating multiple homes, dreaming of someday making it my career. After years of climbing the corporate ladder away from that dream, I took a very intentional leap to launch my very own business (with the encouragement of my prince charming and a lovely glass of wine). And I found my happily ever after ...
I morphed years of experience in corporate and home design/renovation into a fun process that will lead you to the beautiful home you crave.
